Please check your SPAM folder thoroughly. Sometimes the confirmation e-mail with the sender ablefy.com ends up there unnoticed. Ablefy is the technical service provider of our online therapy, which ensures, among other things, that your access data is protected in the best possible way.

The username is the e-mail address you used to purchase the course. It is important that you always log in as normal via your browser at https://myablefy.com/s/Bernhardt-Method/sign_in and enter your log-in details there. The Elopage app available in the App Store is not suitable for our course and therefore generates the error message: “Unknown username”.Is nothing helping?

Sufficient Internet connection?
Make sure that you have a good Internet connection and that no other people are downloading files. This will ensure that the line is used to capacity quickly. (There is often a greater fluctuation during the course of the day, so test the online therapy again at other times or in a different location with a different internet connection/wifi (e.g. in a café). It is generally easier to use a LAN connection in order to get more bandwidth and fewer jerks. If the video still does not run without stuttering, you can only wait until the video has loaded completely. To do this, press the pause button shortly after starting.
Change browser?
Check with other browsers to see if the problem also occurs.
Computer overloaded?
You should avoid parallel downloads, uploads or updates so that you get the maximum speed.
Hardware problems?
It is helpful to have good hardware. For example, the hard disk should not be too full, otherwise the PC will work more slowly.
Check with other browsers to see if the problem also occurs. If this is not the case and the video stutters in all browsers, there may be an update available for your graphics card. If you are using a notebook, it is best to connect it to the charging cable to end any energy-saving modes. Check whether there is an update available that you can install for both your device (PC, laptop, tablet, cell phone) and the web browser you are using. In most cases, the online therapy can then be played without any problems.
Log in to the online therapy using a different device and then play the videos again to rule out the possibility that it is due to the device.
We have received a lot of positive feedback over the years from people who have been successful simply by working with the methods in the book or the online therapy and have completely got rid of their fears and panic attacks as a result. Some people who had already made an appointment with one of our therapists then cancel it again. So you have a good chance of getting your issues under control yourself with continuous work.
No, recently there is finally a download option and thus the offline mode requested by our customers: so if you want, you can view the course using our app and download it to your device. The app also works offline. Once you have downloaded the course, you can watch the videos on your cell phone, tablet or iPod touch even without an internet connection.

As the book has been translated into 18 languages so far and has many fans all over the world, further translations of the online therapy are planned.
App
Requirements:
Runs on iPhone, tablet or iPod Touch with operating system iOS 11 or higher. On Android devices from Android version 6.0 and higher.
Downloading the app is always free. Apple only charges a one-off fee of $1.09 to set up personal access (unfortunately we are not technically able to change this). After that, however, everything else is free. The app is completely free for Android users.
Once you have downloaded the app, the log-in will appear:
Please enter your personal login details in this login window. Normally, this is the same e-mail address you used to purchase the course and the password you created yourself.
The start screen will now appear. In the middle you will see the course you have already purchased. Click on it (arrow) to open the course. (Directly below this view you will also see the first video of the course as a free video, as well as additional information about our other products and seminars further down).
You should now see this screen. It is the overview of your course with the individual modules. If you scroll down further, you can also see 2 more modules. Simply click on the module you would like to continue with.
However, it is also possible that instead of the
overview, you may see a request to purchase the app on your screen. In this case, you will be charged a one-off set-up fee of $1.09. Unfortunately, there is no other technical solution yet.
After the purchase, please click OK. Then you can finally get started.
If you have clicked on the course and selected a module, a corresponding list with all episodes will appear. Now tap on the episode you would like to watch next.
When you click on the play button, the video starts.
Since this view is not so comfortable, I recommend that you rotate the cell phone. The image section should adjust automatically:

Unlike Google, Apple charges a kind of set-up fee for certain content. Unfortunately, we don't know why this is the case.

No, unfortunately, it is not yet possible to buy our course via an app store. If you want to use our app, you must first purchase the Online Therapy here.
Sometimes the app prompts you to order again when you want to start Online Therapy. This happens if you have logged out of the app and the data has not been saved correctly by the system. You are therefore asked to buy the product “again”. Even though you have already paid the $1.09. Unfortunately, Apple sometimes gets a bit crazy. However, the amount is really only debited once, even if it seems as if you have to order or pay for it several times. I've had this happen a few times myself. Even if it seems otherwise, the money is only debited once. Apple is not allowed to collect money again for an app that has already been paid for, which is why they don't do it. So if the request to order the app appears again, it's best to close the app completely, wait briefly and click on “Order now” again if necessary. The “Purchase successful” field will then appear again (but in a different color, namely white). Wait briefly. Close and open the app again.
Or go to the settings in your profile immediately after logging in. There you can restore the purchases (there should be an extra button for this). The product should then be available again.
I recommend — as a temporary emergency solution — not logging out of the app in general, but only closing the app when you are not using it. This should prevent the problem from occurring again, as you will remain logged in. I hope the app developers find a better solution as soon as possible.
