Unknown username?
The username is the email address you used to purchase the course. It is important that you always log in normally via your browser on https://elopage.com/s/Bernhardt-Method/sign_in and enter your log in data there. The Elopage app available in the Appstore is not suitable for our course and therefore generates the error message: Unknown username.

Sufficient internet connection?
Make sure that you have a good Internet connection and that no one else is downloading anything. This way the line will quickly become overloaded. (Often there is also a greater fluctuation during the day, so retest the video course at different times or in a different location with a different Internet line/wifi (e.g. in a café) and then start the course again. In general, it is easier to use a LAN connection to get more bandwidth and less interference. If the video still does not run smoothly, you can only wait until the video is fully loaded. To do this, press the pause button shortly after the start.

Change browser?
Check with other browsers to see if the problem occurs there as well.

Computer overloaded?
At the same time you should avoid parallel running downloads, uploads or updates to reach the maximum speed.

Hardware problems?
It is helpful to have a good hardware. For example, the hard disk should not be too full, otherwise the PC will work slower.

Check with other browsers to see if the problem also occurs. If it doesn’t and the video jerks in all browsers, there may be an update available for your graphics card. If you are using a notebook computer, it is best to connect it to the charging cable to exit all power saving modes. Check if an update is available for both your device (PC, laptop, tablet, cell phone) and the web browser you are using. In most cases, the video course can be played back without any problems afterwards.

Log in to the video tutorial using a different device, and then play the videos again to make sure that it is not the device that is causing the problem.

The French version will be available soon. Since the book has been translated into 18 languages so far and has many fans all over the world, further translations of the video course are planned.
